Best Practice for Prevue Culture Assessment Implementation

Wondering how to assess your organization's culture? Prevue's Culture Assessment allows you the freedom to create your very own Culture Profile that can then be used for hiring or internal comparison to your employee group.

 

STEP 1: Assess your Leadership Team

Follow the guide on How to Create a Culture Profile and Generate a Culture Profile Report.

When reviewing the Culture Profile Report, if you do not see any messages or warnings displayed then this indicates that your respondees are all within acceptable alignment to create a clearly defined Culture Profile. 

If a message was featured in the Culture Profile Report, this means that use of the existing profile is not advisable. Please review How to Manage High Variability in the Prevue Culture Profile.

Complete the recommended step(s) until you generate a Culture Profile without any warnings or discrepancies.

 

STEP 2: Compare with your Employees ( Optional )

Want to compare your leadership Culture Profile against the impressions and opinions of your current employees? Follow the guide on How to Use the Culture Assessment for Hiring.

 

STEP 3: Implement into your Process
