The New Dashboard
1. Position Performance Tracker
Introducing the Position Performance Tracker, a feature designed to provide you with a powerful at-a-glance view of all positions and their assessment statuses. With these insights, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how each position is performing in real-time, helping you streamline your hiring process more efficiently.
What do you need to know?
- Visual Overview of Positions: Easily track all your open positions and their current statuses — Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Interrupted.
- Detailed Status Insights: Click on each status to view a detailed 7-day trend analysis, showing cumulative totals of performance
- Efficient Candidate Tracking: Quickly identify the number of candidates in each status and view their percentages relative to the total assessments sent, helping you highlight any areas that need attention and stay on top of your hiring progress.
2. Recently Completed Assessments
On the dashboard, you'll find a section displaying the most recent candidates who’ve completed their assessments.
What do you need to know?
- View Associated Positions: Click the Position name to navigate directly to the Position’s page.
- Review Suitability Score (%): Click to generate the detailed Job-Fit report, helping you assess how well the candidate matches the role.
- Team Type Icon: Click the image to view a brief description and generate the Team-Fit Member Report, providing deeper insights into their team dynamics.
This feature ensures you stay connected to recent assessment results and provides quicker access to valuable insights, helping you make more informed hiring decisions.

New ‘Category’ to Keep You Organized
Track candidates, employees, and former employees to maintain a more organized and accurate record of individuals within the platform. This ensures you can easily identify and engage with the right people at the right time.
The new Category feature is available on the People page and Person Details page, making it simple to manage individual statuses.
How to Manage:
- Click ‘Candidate’ to change the status to ‘Employee’ once someone is hired.
- Click ‘Employee’ to change the status to ‘Former Employee’ when someone leaves.

More Ways to Discover Team Types
We’ve made it easier to learn about everyone’s Prevue Team Type! Each character icon is now clickable, giving you quick access to valuable insights about your team members.
- Team Type Overview: Click the character icon to view a brief description of the individual’s Team Type, including where they fall on the two key factors: ‘Self vs. Relationship’ and ‘Task vs. Person.’
- Team-Fit Member Report: Download their report to quickly uncover their unique qualities and how they contribute to team dynamics.

We’re excited to announce a significant expansion of our benchmark library! Thanks to valuable customer feedback and the expertise of our I/O psychologists, we’ve nearly doubled our benchmark offerings.
