If you encounter an issue or error with your Prevue Assessment, some basic steps may help resolve your issue after you receive a new or refreshed link.

Please ensure you've reached out to the employer or Prevue to get a new or refreshed link before attempting these troubleshooting steps - If not, the error will persist despite any troubleshooting.

  1. Try your new link in a different browser type.
  2. Ensure your browser version is updated.
  3. Clear your cache and cookies.
  4. Clear your browser history for the past 24 hours.
  5. Attempt to access the assessment in an Incognito Window.
  6. Ensure you are following the system requirements found HERE.
  7. If attempting to access through a controlled network, check with your ISP or Site Administrator to ensure that the link isn't being block.
  8. Check that your internet speed and latency.
