- Ensure your browser version is updated.

- Clear your browser history for the past 24 hours.
- Attempt to access the assessment in an Incognito Window.
- Ensure you are following the system requirements found HERE.
- If attempting to access through a controlled network, check with your ISP or Site Administrator to ensure that the link isn't being block.
- Check that your internet speed and latency.
