Bring Your Team-Fit Report to Life
A Teams Workshop is a one-hour session led by Prevue’s I/O Psychologists,
designed to help your team get the most out of your Team-Fit Report.
In this interactive workshop, your team will:
- Explore key insights about how they work best together
- Identify hidden challenges that may be holding them back
- Walk away with clear steps to improve collaboration and performance
Everyone is encouraged to join — team members, managers, and leadership.
Teams Workshops are available exclusively with a Premium License.
Each organization can book up to two workshops per year.
Booking Your Workshop
Workshops must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
From your PrevueHub Dashboard, select “Book a Teams Workshop” and
follow the prompts to choose a time from the calendar. Once scheduled, you’ll
receive an email confirmation from our I/O Psychologist Team.
How to Prepare for Your Workshop
1. Set up your team in PrevueHub
Go to the Teams tab and create a new team named “Team Workshop.” Add all
participants who will be attending. For detailed steps, see: How to Create a Team
2. Send and complete assessments
Invite each participant to complete their Personality Assessment. Make sure these
are finished at least one week before your workshop date.
Note: If assessments aren’t completed on time, the session will need to be
rescheduled.
3. Share the Team-Fit Member Reports
Each participant should receive their Team-Fit Member Report (with themselves
set as the Team Focus). Distribute the reports in advance so everyone can review
