Culture Assessment

Designed for both employees and candidates, it captures how your culture is experienced today and measures how closely candidate values align. Participants evaluate 40 workplace values, creating a consistent, objective view of your culture.

Culture Profile

A data-driven representation of your organization’s culture, built using input from leadership and employees. It serves as a clear benchmark for hiring decisions.

Culture-Fit Report

After a candidate completes the assessment, this report is generated to help you understand how they compare to your organization’s culture. It highlights:

  • CultureMatch: where a candidate aligns with your existing culture
  • CultureAdd: where they bring new perspectives that strengthen your team

CultureMatch 

CultureMatch reflects how closely a candidate’s values align with your Culture Profile, showing the degree of alignment between their priorities and your organization’s culture.
