Product Release: Candidate Experience Updates (May 7, 2026)
We have introduced a set of updates to improve the candidate experience across Prevue Assessments. These updates include enhancements to the Culture Assessment, a refreshed assessment interface, and a new Candidate Resource Hub.
All updates are now live and available across accounts.
What’s Included in This Release
- Enhanced Culture Assessment scoring

1. Culture Assessment: Scoring Update (Premium License)
What’s Changed

Culture is still measured using the same 40 values

Values are now rated on a 9-point scale

The assessment experience has been updated with a refreshed layout
What This Means

Greater precision in how values are scored

Clearer differentiation between cultural priorities
-
More accurate Culture Profiles and Culture-Fit results
- A smoother experience for candidates completing the assessment
Impact on Existing Data
Culture Profiles and Culture-Fit results created before this update are not carried forward to the new scoring model. All new results will be generated using the updated 9-point scale.
Do I Need to Take Action?
To continue using the Culture Assessment, you can create a new Culture Profile using the updated model. This is a good opportunity to revisit and define your organization’s culture. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. If you are currently not on the Premium license but would like to trial the Culture Assessment, your Customer Success Manager can also assist.
