Understanding Candidate Statuses in PrevueHub

These functionalities are designed to enhance your user experience and simplify managing candidates' statuses. See them in action within the 'Candidates' tab within Positions.

Candidate Statuses: General Scenarios

Status	Color	Clickable Action
Not Invited	Orange	A pop-up will appear to send all incomplete assessment _{(Example: If there are ‘Not Invited’ Prevue Assessment, Skills and Questionnaire - regardless of which one you click, the same confirmation modal will pop up notifying all incomplete sections to be sent if confirmed)}
Completed (Date Displayed)	Green	Go to the Report Landing Page
Not Started	Gray	Copy Skill, Questionnaire, or Assessment Link _{(Example: If a user wants to copy the link and manually send an email to follow-up)}
In Progress	Gray	No Action

Candidates Statuses: Special Cases

Interrupted	Pink	Reset interrupted section
Mismatched Language	Blue	Go to the Report Landing Page
