Job-Fit
Get a complete picture of how well a candidate fits a job with our combined assessments for Aptitude, Motivations, and Personality. The Job-Fit Report compares the candidate's assessment results to customized job-specific benchmarks, resulting in an overall job suitability score. The report provides detailed descriptions of all scores and offers suggested interview questions to target traits that deviate from the benchmark.
Highlights
This concise report provides an overall job-suitability score and highlights compatibility areas. Assess your candidate's job fit by reviewing where they stand compared to the benchmark or if they deviate by 3 or more points. It also includes sample interview questions to understand how this might impact their performance in the role.
Work Ethic
Generated from the Work Ethic Assessment, the Work Ethic Report offers valuable insights into an individual's potential as a reliable and productive employee. Presented in an intuitive and easy-to-understand format, the report includes an overall match score (high, medium, or low), individual trait scores, and detailed explanations with relevant scenarios.
Culture-Fit
After a candidate takes the Culture Assessment, a Culture-Fit Report is generated. It highlights areas of alignment (CultureMatch) and areas where the candidate can introduce new values (CultureAdd). The report quantifies fit through an overall CultureMatch versus CultureAdd score, helping companies determine if a candidate aligns with their values or brings unique perspectives that could impact the company culture.
Screen-Fit
Efficiently screen candidates using the Short-Form Personality Assessment. The Screen-Fit Report features a straightforward design, presenting a clear overall match score categorized as high, medium, or low. This can help streamline the evaluation process, particularly for high-volume applicant pools.
Retail-Fit
Designed for part-time and hourly positions, the Retail-Fit Report utilizes results from the Personality Assessment and compares them against a Retail Member benchmark. With a simple layout, this report efficiently indicates whether a candidate is well-suited for success in retail environments.
Onboarding
Work-Fit
Generated from the Personality Assessment, the Work-Fit Report measures the degree of workplace alignment. Whether during the hiring or onboarding stage, use this report to understand an individual’s work preferences and approach to various situations, including remote working, entrepreneurism, and leadership style. Identify if people are likely to be more engaged, committed, and satisfied in their roles.
Team Fit - Member
Team-Fit Reports are derived from an individual’s Personality score, offering insights into team dynamics. The Member Report identifies an individual’s team type and characteristics, helping understand how they collaborate within the team. Use this report for team members to gain self-awareness and enhance teamwork, fostering productive relationships.
Team Fit - Leader
The Team-Fit Leader Report is designed for managers aiming to optimize team communication and collaboration. It includes insights into potential challenges and coaching tips tailored to manage specific team types. Leaders can use this report to guide engagement and develop team members toward success.
Candidate Snapshot
The Candidate Snapshot Report is ideal for gathering comprehensive insights about an individual, without a job benchmark. This report can help in identifying the appropriate communication style and techniques when interacting with a person.
Coaching
Individual
Similar to the Candidate Snapshot Report, the Individual Report is intended for the person who took the assessment. You are welcome to share this report and results with the candidate for their own reference.
Corporate Coach
Based on an individual's Motivations and Personality scores, the Corporate Coach Report provides two copies — one for the employee and one for the coach. It supports managers or hiring teams in conducting coaching sessions with employees and helps individuals determine their career goals. Use this report as part of the review process or in a separate check-in meeting around the six- or twelve-month mark for effective employee coaching.

Career Planning
The Prevue for Careers Report offers comprehensive insights into an individual's strengths and suggests ideal career paths. This report highlights Cognitive Abilities, Motivations, Personality, and some Work-Fit scales. The individual's profile is aligned with well-suited careers, prompting further exploration.
Personal Development
The Personal Development Report compares an individual's assessment results with a job benchmark created according to your desired criteria for the position. Unlike the Job Fit Report, which focuses on potential areas of concern, the Personal Development Report identifies developmental areas and offers coaching tips to facilitate employee success.
Promotion
Succession Planning - Multi Candidate
This report compares multiple individuals to a single job benchmark, ranking them based on their suitability scores. Use this report to identify candidates who should be promoted or considered for succession planning within the organization.
Succession Planning - Multi Position
This report evaluates a single individual to multiple positions, ranking them to indicate their fit for each role. It provides insights into the employee's motivation and potential career path, helping you determine if they are better suited for other roles within the organization.
