Mass Print Applications

The Mass Print feature enables you to print multiple applications as a group, instead of individually. The print button is displayed below the list of applicants in all tabs of the Applicant Dashboard and when viewing applications in the Jobs Dashboard. Using this option, you may print up to 200 applications (this is anywhere from 200 - 2000+ pages) at a time.  This feature is enabled by default on all accounts.

While every printer has different capabilities, we were successfully able to send a print job of 200 applications (over 1K pages) on a standard desktop printer during testing. We cannot control the speed of your connection, browser capabilities or the capacity of your printer. If you are having trouble, select fewer applications and retry.

**Note** This option only prints the application and NOT the associated files included on the application (resume, cover letter, internal uploaded files, etc.).

Choosing Application Information to Include on Printed Applications

After clicking the Print button, you will need to select what application data you want to be printed. Select and deselect data you wish to have included on your applications here. Check individual boxes, use the Select All option, or use the Select Common Items link. Click the Preview button.

Step Three:

Preview the selected applications for accuracy. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to review all applications in the print group.

If the applications are NOT correct, close that tab on your browser. An open tab for the Print Application selections (step 3 above) will still be open. Adjust the settings and Preview again.

There are 3 "A's" that appear next to the Print Application button. Click these to increase or decrease the font size of the text.

When the applications are correct, click the Print Applications button.
