How to Send Multiple Assessment to the Same Person

There can be occasions where you need to send assessments to an existing candidate but want to retain or override old results. Follow along below to find out how it's done.

Note: An email address can only be used once within a PrevueHub account. The easiest way to send an additional assessment to an existing person is to send it to a new email address. To align with best practices, aged results belonging to assessments completed 2-3+ years ago should be reset so a new assessment can be completed.
